George Poltorak
CEO
Mr. Poltorak is responsible for Vantage Consulting’s strategic direction and overall customer satisfaction. He is also directly involved in customer engagements, employing more than 30 years of technical and management knowledge.
Mr. Poltorak founded Vantage Consulting Group in 1994 after 13 years in engineering positions in the food and software industries. Prior to Vantage, Mr. Poltorak was director of engineering at serialization and authentication software company Systech International. He established engineering standards, project management guidelines, validation protocols and procedures to support the company’s move into the life sciences market.
Before Systech, Mr. Poltorak was a senior automation engineer at Nabisco, implementing plant floor automation systems throughout the company network as part of a comprehensive modernization project. As part of the corporate engineering team, he helped establish electrical and automation standards and specifications.
Mr. Polorak started his career as a corporate engineer at Colgate Palmolive, where he implemented manufacturing automation projects in Asia, Australia, South America and Europe.
Mr. Poltorak has a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
