We don’t take days off, and we don’t sleep; we’re on call 24/7. We’ll triage the problem so you don’t have to worry about calling the wrong service tech that will blame the problem on someone else. We can assess the issue quickly, and get to the root cause no matter what equipment is at fault.

Scheduled visits from qualified personnel to keep you running longer without issues. Our deep bench of experts give us a tremendous amount of knowledge to pull from to keep your down time to a minimum.

LOWER VOLUME / MODERATE USE

  • Annual systems check, one site visit per year

  • Phone calls and remote login for issues. Minimum 1 hour, business hours only, charged hourly.

  • Extra calls or services charged at regular rate.

MODERATE VOLUME / HIGH USE

  • Semi-annual systems check, two site visits per year.

  • On call for issues 24/7 with access to one of our dedicated online technicians, 6 issues/year/line.

  • 48 hours on site response time.

  • 5% discounted rate for extra calls or services.

HIGH VOLUME / MISSION CRITICAL

  • Quarterly systems check, four site visits per year.

  • On call for issues 24/7 with access to one of our dedicated online technicians, 6 issues/year/line.

  • 36 hours on site response time.

  • 10% discounted rate for extra calls or services.

WHAT’S INCLUDED?

  • Vantage tech on site within 36/48 hours

  • Check all serialization hardware for issues and suggest or make repairs if parts are available.

  • Check systems to look for issues, and clean up storage space to keep system running at max speed.

  • Vantage can also do system checks between serialization equipment and your printers, case packers, pallet stackers, cartoners or other equipment no matter the manufacturer to ensure they are running properly.

  • Assist with back-up and storage of customer software back-ups and upgrades to help insure the correct version is available when needed.

  • Vantage’s Security Team will work to make sure your plant stays safe with evaluation, testing and ongoing vulnerability system checks.If the worst-case scenario hits, we’re here to offer swift and effective remediation services to securely get your plant back up and running.
